Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered. Once your order is processed (which takes around 3-7 business days), you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Shipping time varies by location. But these are our current estimates:

United Kingdom (10-15 Business days)
United States (10-20 Business days)
Canada, Europe (10-15 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-15 Business days)
Mexico, Central America, South America (10-20 Business days)

*The actual shipping times are usually faster than the ones listed above, these are just the safe estimates we’ve made.

For certain drop-based shirts (such as the Liverpool 19/20 concept kit) the arrival time is extended to up to 35 days due to the high demand levels.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfilment team therefore they are usually sent out to be shipped straight away therefor cannot be cancelled or switched, however we do accept returns if you are switching or bought a wrong size once it has arrived to you.

I placed an order and paid but I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you see that you were charged) that means you did not provide us with your correct email address. You should contact our support team to handle this issue.

Do you Sell or Store my information?

All of the customer information we receive is confidential and NOT shared with any third party under any circumstances. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.

I ordered multiple products but didn’t receive my whole order?

This can sometimes be due to some of your products being limited edition pre-order items meaning they will be shipped on the said date. If this is not the case, our customer support team can assist you with getting it right.

After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with an average processing time of approximately 3 hours business days; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.

3. How long will my order take to ship?

For shipping, it takes 3-7 working days to dispatch.

4. Can I track my order?

After your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number; this can be used to track your order.

5. Can I change my address?
Please contact us (info@retrokicker.com) before your item has been dispatched.

6. Can I get delivery in countries outside of the UK?
Yes! We ship worldwide for free on all EU orders and on orders over £70 for rest of world. Please contact us (info@retrokicker.com) for an accurate quote on international shipping rates.
